Do they actually light up, or is it just reflective?

They actually light up. LED piping is sewn along the western stitch line of each boot, so the whole outline of the boot glows. In a dark room it reads as a neon drawing of a boot on your leg.

How long does the glow last?

8+ hours on a set of batteries. Long enough for the pregame, the night, and the walk to the car.

What batteries do they take?

2 AA batteries per boot, and they are replaceable - no charging cable, no dead pair waiting on an outlet. Use a fresh matching pair in each boot. Do not mix old and new batteries or different brands.

Can I wear them in the rain?

They are water resistant. A wet sidewalk, a spilled drink, a damp field at a festival - fine. They are not waterproof: do not stand in puddles, do not submerge them, and never put them in a washing machine or dryer.

What size should I order?

Order your usual US Women's size. We carry US 5 through 12, including half sizes 7.5, 8.5, 10.5 and 11.5. If your half size isn't listed (5.5, 6.5, 9.5), size up to the next full size - the toe is pointed and runs snug. Men: subtract 1.5 to 2 from your US Men's size, then round up.

Can I actually dance in them?

Yes. The heel is a 2.7 inch clear block - low and wide, closer to a boot heel than a going-out heel. You can be on your feet all night. The PVC upper has almost no stretch, so if you are between sizes, take the larger one.

Can people see my feet through them?

Yes. The upper is transparent PVC, so your foot is visible. Most people wear them bare or with no-show socks. That transparency is the whole point - it is what lets the glow wrap your leg instead of stopping at your ankle.

How long does shipping take?

Orders ship within 1-2 business days, and delivery takes an estimated 7-18 business days after shipping. US shipping is free; the UK, Canada, Australia and the EU are calculated at checkout. You get a tracking number by email the moment your pair ships. If you need them for a specific night, order three weeks ahead to be safe.

What if they arrive damaged or wrong?

Email support@revelbright.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, clear photos, and a short description. Once we review the claim we will send a replacement or refund you. Because each pair ships straight from production, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing - so please check the Sizing Guide before you order. UK and EU customers keep their statutory 14-day right to cancel.

How do I clean them?

Wipe the PVC with a damp cloth and a little mild soap, then dry it. No machine washing, no dryer, no solvents or alcohol wipes - those cloud the plastic permanently.
