Return and Refund Policy

Your legal rights come first

This policy does not limit mandatory cancellation rights, consumer guarantees or remedies for damaged, defective, unsafe, missing, incorrect or misdescribed goods. Sale items retain the same statutory rights. You do not need to buy a return, damage or shipping add-on to exercise rights provided by law.

Who pays return shipping?

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for eligible change-of-mind and sizing returns, including returns under the optional 30-Day Return Guarantee. We do not provide free return shipping for these returns. Contact us for the correct return destination before sending your parcel. This does not expand return eligibility or override existing rights. If applicable law requires us to pay or reimburse return shipping, including for qualifying defective, damaged or incorrect goods, we will do so.

Change-of-mind returns

Except where required by law or covered by a specific return offer purchased with your order, we do not offer discretionary change-of-mind returns or size exchanges. Check the size guide before ordering. If your order qualifies for a statutory return or the optional add-on below, contact us for return instructions. Do not send goods to an unconfirmed return address.

Optional 30-Day Return Guarantee for eligible suit orders

The optional $18-per-order add-on extends change-of-mind return eligibility to 30 days after delivery for the suit product identified on the add-on's product listing and the same order confirmation. It covers only those suits in that order, not boots, hats or other products. It must be purchased with the suits, not after delivery. Existing purchases keep the terms offered at purchase.

For this voluntary add-on, request your return within 30 days of delivery. Suits must be unused, unworn and in original condition with tags and original packaging. You pay return postage. After inspection, an eligible refund covers the amount actually paid for the returned suits after discounts. Original shipping and the $18 add-on fee are not refunded for a voluntary change-of-mind return, except where law requires otherwise. This is an additional return window, not insurance or a replacement for statutory rights.

Damaged, defective, incorrect or missing orders

Contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order number, a description and, where practical, relevant photos. Prompt reporting helps us investigate; a failure to report within seven days does not automatically remove your legal rights. We will investigate and provide the repair, replacement, refund or other remedy required by applicable law. Where a return is required for our error or a covered defect, we will arrange or reimburse reasonable return shipping as required by law. A carrier scan alone does not resolve a genuine non-delivery dispute; contact us so we can investigate.

Cancellations and shipping delays

You may request a full cancellation refund before shipment. Once shipped, the return rules and your statutory rights apply. Processing status does not override mandatory cancellation rights. If we cannot ship within the promised period, we will notify you, provide a revised estimate and offer cancellation and a prompt refund, obtaining consent to a delay where required. If required consent is not received, we will cancel and refund as applicable law requires.

UK and EU distance purchases

For eligible distance purchases, you generally have 14 days after receiving the goods to tell us you wish to withdraw, then a further 14 days to return them. Email a clear statement with your name, order number, goods and delivery date; no special form is required. Merely making an item in a small batch does not make it a personalized-goods exception.

We will refund the goods and the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery option within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. Where permitted, we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence you sent them back, whichever is earlier. You bear the direct return cost for a change-of-mind withdrawal if disclosed before purchase; this does not apply to remedies where we must bear the cost by law. You may inspect goods as you could in a shop. Where lawful, a deduction may apply only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Original packaging or tags are not an absolute condition of exercising a statutory withdrawal right.

Other regions and refund method

Mandatory protections in your location, including applicable Australian consumer guarantees, remain available. Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless a different method is agreed without fees. We process approved refunds promptly and within any applicable legal deadline.
