Who we are
Revel Bright is operated by Centipede Holdings LLC, Utah, United States. Contact support@revelbright.com about orders, these terms or a complaint. These terms apply to purchases at revelbright.com, together with our shipping, refund and privacy policies.
Your order
You must be of legal age to enter a purchase contract, or have a parent or guardian place the order. Provide accurate delivery information and use an authorized payment method. We may decline orders for legitimate reasons such as suspected fraud, unavailable stock or a material listing error. If we cancel a paid order, we will provide a full refund. We will not substitute a materially different product or charge a higher price without your agreement.
Prices and promotions
Prices are in US dollars unless checkout explicitly displays another currency. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown before payment. Promotions apply only as described; the final order total appears at checkout. A comparison price does not change the amount charged. Price changes apply to future orders and do not retroactively change an accepted order.
Product descriptions and images
Read the product description, size guide and production notice before ordering. Screen settings and lighting can affect colors. Images labeled as illustrations, concepts or visualizations are illustrative; actual product references and the written specifications describe the goods. These qualifications do not excuse goods that are defective, unsafe or materially different from their description.
Shipping, cancellation and returns
See our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy. You may request cancellation for a full refund before shipment. Mandatory cancellation, delivery, warranty and refund rights remain available regardless of processing status. Optional paid add-ons are not required to exercise those rights.
Safe use
Follow the instructions, age restrictions and care labels supplied with your product. Fashion footwear is not protective equipment; use care on stairs and slippery or uneven surfaces. Keep electrical components dry, use only the power source specified for the product, and stop using a product if it is damaged, unusually hot or otherwise unsafe. Keep batteries and small parts away from children. Contact us about safety concerns. These precautions do not exclude rights relating to defects or injuries for which we are legally responsible.
Website and intellectual property
Use the site lawfully. Do not compromise its security, submit fraudulent orders or infringe others' rights. Site content belongs to us or its respective owners and licensors; nothing grants a commercial reuse license. Third-party websites have their own terms. We remain responsible for our own obligations even when we use payment processors, suppliers or carriers.
Reviews and customer content
Submit only content you have the right to share and avoid private information about others. Submitting a review authorizes us to display that review in connection with the relevant product. A social-media tag or support message alone does not grant us permission to use your image in advertising; we will seek permission separately for that use.
Liability and consumer rights
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website access. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the purchase was made or for business losses arising from a personal consumer purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable liability for fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury, product liability, or mandatory warranties and consumer remedies. We do not require you to waive statutory rights or pay for protection you already have by law.
Disputes and applicable law
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. Utah law governs to the extent permitted, without depriving you of mandatory protections in your place of residence. These terms do not require arbitration or prevent you from using a court, regulator or dispute process available under applicable law.
Updates
The terms applicable when you ordered govern that purchase. Future changes will have an updated effective date and will not remove rights already acquired. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply only to the extent lawful.
